Bogdan Fratila

Bogdan Fratila is the Country Managing Partner of Rödl & Partner Romania, responsible for the overall coordination of all service lines in Romania, leading the performance of over 90 professionals working in our offices located in Bucharest and Sibiu.

He has a professional experience of more than 25 years in the international business environment. His areas of expertise include greenfield investments, coordination of cross-border M&A transactions, as well as real estate and construction law projects.

Bogdan is a licensed attorney at law, member of the Bucharest Bar Association, as well as a supportive partner to the German-Romanian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK). He has been with Rödl & Partner since 2006. Bogdan is fluent in English, German and Romanian.
