Limited reviews are often regarded as a great alternative for an accurate preparation of annual financial statements, particularly for those companies that are not subjected to an audit. Limited Reviews of consolidation packages - for group auditors and shareholders

Foreign-owned companies are quite frequently required to prepare and deliver financial reporting for the Group purposes, their shareholders and Group auditors. Rödl & Partner has long-standing experience in working for foreign-owned companies and maintain an effective collaboration with different auditors responsible for our clients’ parent companies. We provide review services in accordance with the International Standard on Review engagement (“ISRE”) 2400 of the financial statements (FS), as well as reviews of the Reporting Package (GRP) prepared for consolidation purposes, in accordance with the Group accounting policies: German commercial law - HGB, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Austrian GAAP (UGB), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US-GAAP) and others. Our expert auditors support companies for compiling their reporting package (GRP).
