Background of the New Partner:

Andreea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Bucharest, as well as Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Economics from Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE). Andreea is a Certified Tax Consultant under Romanian law (CCF) and a Member of Chartered Institute of Taxation from UK (ADIT).

With over 12 years of experience in tax consulting, Andreea has established herself as a leading expert in the field. Her impressive portfolio includes high-profile projects such as M&A transactions, business reorganization, tax optimization, and compliance initiatives across various industries, including financial services, real estate, IT and telecommunications, manufacturing and automotive.
